Subscription is not showing

Recover when you paid but Tam shows the free plan.

Entitlement may be delayed or tied to another store account. Restore purchases asks the store to resend the purchase state.

What to do

  1. Confirm the purchasing store account.
  2. Use Restore purchases in Tam.
  3. Send support the receipt or transaction ID, never a password.
