Subscription and account deletion
Why deleting Tam does not cancel billing.
Uninstalling Tam or deleting the account does not cancel Apple or Google billing. The store can continue renewing a subscription even when the app is no longer installed. Cancel the plan in the store before deleting the account if you do not want another charge.
What to do
- Cancel the store subscription first.
- Save receipts or exports you need.
- Then use account deletion if desired.
