Allow Tam to run in the background on Samsung

Stop Samsung background limits from putting Tam to sleep.

Samsung Galaxy devices use a separate background-sleeping list. Add Tam to Never auto sleeping apps before a long recording. You may see slightly higher battery use because the phone is being told not to put Tam to sleep while an activity is active.

What to do

  1. Open Settings and tap Battery, or open Device care and then Battery.
  2. Tap Background usage limits.
  3. Tap Never auto sleeping apps.
  4. Tap the plus icon and add Tam.
  5. Keep normal power mode when route continuity matters, and do not force-quit Tam during an activity.
