Request a refund
Send a refund request to the correct party.
Store purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies. Tam can explain entitlement but cannot override the store.
What to do
- Use Apple's report-a-problem or Google's refund flow.
- Choose the Tam transaction.
- Contact Tam if a completed refund is not reflected.
