Elapsed time versus moving time

Elapsed time covers the full period from start to finish. Moving time only credits intervals that pass Tam's movement, distance, and GPS-quality checks, so long pauses and uncertain fixes may be excluded. In the current hybrid recorder, background delivery can also be less consistent when the phone is locked, on Low Power or Battery Saver, or enclosed in a bag, so early activities may report gaps or unusually low moving time even when the lock-screen timer continued.
