Challenge progress is missing
What to check when an activity does not count.
Progress can be delayed or excluded when an activity was recorded before joining, falls outside the window, is too short, or is pending validation. The challenge rules decide which activity types and dates qualify. Once validation finishes, the activity may be credited automatically without being recorded again.
What to do
- Confirm you joined before the activity started.
- Check challenge dates and rules.
- Contact support with the activity ID if it still does not appear.
